WORKOUT

Warm up -Jump Rope
Sumo Squats with a dumbbell
Ham curls on a stability ball
Good Mornings

Pull Ups
Lateral Lunges with dumbbell touches
Step ups on a bench with dumbbell
One legged curtsys off a bench with a dumbbell

Close grip cable rows
Bent over barbell rows

Box Jumps
Wide legged Mountain Climbers
Tricep Push ups

Pull ups close grip


FOOD LOG

600 egg whites with spinach and ezekiel bread
900 1.5 oz nuts
1000 greek yogurt
1230 chicken, couscous
230 spinach salad, grilled chicken, tomatoes
600 greek yogurt
830 Pan seared salmon, steamed zuchini, squash and peppers
